So you want to put a background or
music or images to your e-mail ? It is easier then
you think ! Here are the basics.
Where do you put the codes ?
- Go to "Mail"
- Go to "Setting"
- Go to "Signature"
The first thing you want to do is in the box
scroll up as far as you can go.Here is where you
put...
<<>html<>>
You will want to have it on a line all by its self
like I did here.There you will put...
<<>body<>>
On a line by itself also.
The next thing is you background image or your
background color.
For a background image it will look like
this..
<<>body background="http://background address
here"<>>
****Please notice there is a space after
body
For background color it will look like this..
<<>body bgcolor="the color you want"<>>
Also in this code you can chance the text color of
your e-mail text.To do this it will look like
this..
<<>body background="http://background you want" body
text="the color you want the text"<>>
****Please notice the space before and after
body
For the Images you will use this code..
<<>img src="http://image address goes here"<>>
****Plaese notice there is
a space after img
Everyone wants music in their e-mail ! Here is the
code for music..
<<>embed src="http://music address goes here"
autostart="true" "loop"="infinite"<>>
****Please notice there is a space after
embed And a space before autostart and
loop
The autostart means the music will start on its
own.The loop means it will play over and over
;-)
Here is a sample:
Say you want you e-mail to have the background ,image
,music in your e-mail that I have on this page . The
code will look like this..
<<>html<>>
<<>body<>>
<<>body
background="http://geocities.com/ResearchTriangle/Thi
nktank/8147/daisybg.gif" body text="#17067e"<>>
<<>img
src="http://geocities.com/ResearchTriangle/Thinktank/
8147/butterf.gif"<>>
<<>embed
src="http://geocities.com/ResearchTriangle/Thinktank/
8147/wonderful.mid" autostart=true
"loop"="infinite"<>>
<<>/body<>>
